Morning Smoothie || Greens & Hemp || Detox & Recovery


Ingredients:

6 Cups Chopped Kale Book Available Now!!

1/2 Thumb Ginger

2 tbsp Sea Moss Gel

1/4 Cup Hemp Seeds

5-10 Dates (Buy whole mejool dates & remove seeds before use)

1-2 Ripe Bananas

20-24oz Coconut Milk

1-3 Cups of Ice

1/2 Cup Spring Water (Optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except the greens and Ice.

Add greens, then pack as much ice as you can fit.

Place lid on securely and blend until smooth.
