1/2 Thumb Ginger

2 tbsp Sea Moss Gel

1/4 Cup Hemp Seeds

5-10 Dates (Buy whole mejool dates & remove seeds before use)

1-2 Ripe Bananas

20-24oz Coconut Milk

1-3 Cups of Ice

1/2 Cup Spring Water (Optional)


Combine all ingredients except the greens and Ice.

Add greens, then pack as much ice as you can fit.

Place lid on securely and blend until smooth.
