1 Tablespoon of sea moss
Pour flour, baking powder, sea salt and maple sugar into a bowl. Mix well.
Optional Sugar Alternative:
Add 2 1/2 cups of nut milk to blender with sea moss and 4-8 pitted dates. Blend well.
Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into the bowl of dried ingredients and begin mixing and kneading the dough. Slowly add more of the milk mixture until you've used about 1 cup.
Do not use more than 1 cup or your dough will be sticky. The dough should not be too dry and not too wet.
Pour 1 cup of nut milk with sea moss in the blender and blend well. Pour it into the bowl of dried ingredients. Mix and knead the dough until it is not too dry nor wet.
Optional: For best results wrap in plastic wrap and place in fridge for about 30min.
